Data integrity

The tool that refuses to guess.

Accountants live with the consequences of bad data, so Statworth holds itself to a filing-room standard. These aren't policies — they're enforced in the product's code.

01

No invented figures — ever

If a number isn’t on the public record, you see "Not available". Never zero, never an estimate, never a guess.

02

Every figure carries its provenance

Source, filing date and confidence level on every extracted value.

03

Every score explains itself

Plain-English reasoning on every score — and a plain statement of what the score is: a prioritisation aid, not a valuation.

04

No source, no contact

AI-found contact details without a source URL are discarded automatically. What survives is checkable.

05

Labelled inference

"Likely accountant (inferred)" means inferred — and the label tells you from what. Auditor-derived facts say so.

06

Personal privacy respected

Director home addresses are never stored. Public, professional information only.

AI spend

Metered AI, capped spend.

AI enrichment shows its cost per lookup before you run it, logs every call, and stops at a monthly ceiling you set. Costs are shown in USD — as billed by the AI provider — because converting them would mean inventing an exchange rate, and we don't invent numbers.

This page is our sales pitch and our engineering standard — they're the same document.
