Where the data comes from
Company profiles, officers, PSCs, charges, filing histories and accounts come from the Companies House public register via its official API and bulk data products, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Insolvency signals come from The Gazette, matched on exact company number. We do not scrape websites.
Lawful basis, by design
Prospecting data is corporate, public-record information processed under legitimate interests. Director information is limited to the public, professional record — home addresses are never stored, enforced in code.
AI with a paper trail
AI enrichment (contact lookup, outreach drafting) uses Anthropic's Claude as a sub-processor. Every AI-found value must carry a source URL or it is discarded; every call's cost is logged; monthly spend is capped.
Access & transport
Per-firm accounts with hashed credentials and secure session cookies; the service is delivered over HTTPS.
