Company intelligence

Read a company like an accountant, at register scale.

Every company profile is assembled from the statutory record — filed accounts, officers, PSCs, charges, filing history and Gazette notices — and presented the way a partner would actually assess a prospective client.

Real figures, parsed from filed accounts.

Net assets and employee counts are extracted from the iXBRL accounts companies actually file, shown with the filing date and a confidence level.

Where a company files abridged accounts and a figure isn't public, Statworth says "Not available" — it will never estimate. In a profession where bad data is a liability, that's not a limitation; it's the point.

Directors, mapped. Privacy, respected.

Officers and their appointments across companies, from the public register. AI contact lookup, when you choose to run it, only keeps details it can cite with a source URL — and never stores home addresses.

A zero-cost business summary and suggested next step come with every profile, generated from Companies House records — no invented figures.

Who has them now?

Statworth identifies the likely incumbent accountant — from a shared registered office ("(inferred)") or the statutory auditor named in filed accounts ("(from statutory auditor)") — always labelled with how it knows. Walking into a conversation knowing who you're up against changes the conversation.

Early warnings

Gazette insolvency notices are matched on exact company number — never fuzzy name matching — so a red flag on a profile is a real flag, not a coincidence of naming.
